This is a full body workout that focuses on the fundamentals of functional, power and endurance strength training. This class will focus on fundamental exercises using free weights, resistance bands, barbells, and more to engage every muscle, while also focusing on proper form and technique.
Cycle Strength and Intervals

High intensity interval training will work your body from the floor up and all around. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Get ready to be challenged to push your limits and walk out feeling 100% worked out and 100 % successful!
Core and Mobility

Looking to increase your flexibility, take care of some recovery work and work on strengthening your core? This class combines light stretching with core exercises to help you feel toned and elongated all at once. This is a one stop shop to get your body strong and stretched.

Get the strength to perform everyday activities with more confidence! Functional fitness means doing movements that mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time. This class will build strength, and mobility across the body, making you a more efficient human both inside and out of the gym.
