Wolverine Worldwide has partnered with Kinema Fitness to provide an incredible experience to the employees of Wolverine Worldwide through The Rock Fitness Center located in Rockford MI and virtually for all US employees.

The Rock Fitness Center incorporates the latest amenities of a next generation health clubs including state of the art fitness equipment, multiple basketball courts, pickleball court, treatment rooms, indoor running track, indoor volleyball and soccer, complimentary towel service, group fitness, personal training, holistic wellness programs, challenges, competitions, and other events.

Unlimited Group Fitness Classes

Kinema Fitness provides dynamic group fitness classes taught by elite fitness instructors! All classes are included. Classes are a mix of high intensity and low intensity, including Spin, Yoga, Dance and Bootcamp.

If you are looking for individualized training, Kinema is here for you. Our highly qualified and certified trainers have skill sets in an array of areas including weight loss, strength, balance, flexibility and injury rehab. Personal training services are available at an additional cost.

Assessment

The best way to start a new training routine is to learn your baseline statistics. Included in your membership is one free fitness consultation. Information such as blood pressure, body fat and resting heart rate will be covered.

Chair Massage

The Rock offers chair massage through Massage Magick LLC. Focus on shoulders, mid and low back, hips. Neck massage- focus on neck and top of shoulders leading into the neck. if you have any specific needs just ask!
